THE BIG D CLASSIC

Fresh from our UIL SWEEPSTAKES VICTORY, the Hebron Orchestras will attend the BIG D CLASSIC competition at the Meyerson Symphony Center on Saturday March 29.  Optionally, students who wish to participate afterwards will attend a Scavenger Hunt in downtown Dallas with Watson Adventures, followed by a retreat at Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine Texas.Image

OUR BIG DEBUT

On Tuesday February 4, 2014 the students in the Hebron Violin Academy had their debut performance at the Hebron Orchestra Mid-Winter Concert. The violin class is a new pilot program sponsored by the Hebron High School Orchestra for 4th grade students in the Hebron cluster. Class meets once a week on Monday nights. Parents attend weekly and are involved in the students’ musical development. The inaugural violin class consisted of 8 students representing Coyote Ridge, Castle Hills, Homestead, Indian Creek, Hebron Valley, and Independence Elementary schools.

The holiday season begins this week at Hebron High School!

Are you dreaming of a White Christmas? Well, on the Hebron High School stage your dreams REALLY can come true as Hebron’s very own students present an acting, singing, and tap-dancing musical production of Irving Berlin’s White Christmas. On December 5th and 6th at 7, December 7th at 8, and December 8th at 2, you can see all of the Fine Arts programs work together to bring the magic of the holiday season to life! Student tickets are $10, Adult tickets are $15, and Reserved tickets are $20. Come start your holiday season with a musical that celebrates life, love, and servicemen and women.

On Saturday, December 7th, the Silver Wings will have a holiday shopping event “GIFT GALLERIA” here at Hebron High School. Fall Concert and Silent Auction October 10

Hebron Orchestra Fall Concert and Silent Auction will be held on Thursday October 10 at 7:00 pm. Admission is free for the concert.

Parking Instructions: Park in the Charles Street Parking Lot and enter Hebron HS by the tennis courts/cafeteria entrance.

Student Attire: Formal concertwear. See “Hebron How to” about wearing the uniform properly.

5:30 pm High School parents: Silent Auction Items dropped off in the auditorium foyer.

6:00 pm Guest 8th grade students rehearsal onstage with Hebron Chamber Orchestra.

6:00 pm Silent Auction opens: bidding begins

6:30 pm Hebron Symphonic Orchestra and Concert Orchestra tuning and warmup

7:00 pm Fall Concert Begins

8:00 pm SILENT AUCTION ENDS. Winners check out with Booster Treasurer in foyer.
